1. Collecting data, storage

During every visit to our website, information is collected. However, this only consists of data which is processed and stored automatically, without you actually entering it. Conditioned technologically, the data is conveyed by your computer via the internet. This is partially necessary so that a webpage may be transported via the network to your computer. Depending on the software you are using, you can, to a certain extent, define the amount of data that is conveyed, e. g. by deactivating some services on your computer or by configuring your system or your browser.

We only collect the data which is necessary for the handling of an enquiry. This data is only stored temporarily for the duration of the visit on our website. A permanent storage does not take place. Part of this automatically compiled data is expressly the IP address of the enquiring system as well as the date and time of this enquiry. Furthermore, it will be registered which of our pages you visit and which files your browser asked for. From this it can be concluded how much time you spend on each page. It is technically conditioned that it will also be conveyed which website you visited before ours. It is also technically conditioned that your system will convey which internet browser you are using and which operating system you have installed.

This automatically compiled data can be used and utilised by us only for statistical purposes and for improving the website. This is not personalised. A further storage does not take place. This automatically compiled data will expressly not be used to create user profiles. Automatically compiled data will expressly not be used to compile information on a specific person.

If this content is retrieved, personal data will be conveyed to the respective provider. In the case of externally stored charts this also means that e. g. the IP address of your internet connection will be conveyed. When you visit our website and, at the same time, are logged in at a social network or any other provider of internet services, you have to log off the respective provider, in order to prevent a coupling of the conveyed data with your profile which is stored by your provider.
